Our stay at Surf House Peniche in Baleal was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, close to the beach and amenities. The structure is clean and well-maintained. Luis, the owner and surf instructor, was incredible - he treated us like family, took us out for delicious Portuguese food, and taught us both surf and skate. Good vibes, good people, and an all-around great place to stay.

The hostel had good internet and was within walking distance to the beach, which was great for surfing. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they offered surf lessons at a reasonable price. the common areas were kept clean and well-maintained.

The bathrooms were shared and not always cleaned thoroughly, which was unpleasant. the noise level in the hostel was high, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

As a solo traveler, I had an incredible time in this city. The hotel's location in front of the sea made it convenient to reach the beach anytime I wanted. Moreover, I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel facilities. I noticed that the staff did their best to keep the common areas and the rooms spotless. The friendly staff deserves a special mention for making my stay so enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and sea, making it easy to access the water. the hotel rooms are simple yet good for sleeping. There are storages in the rooms, and the owner is a patient and funny surf teacher who doubles as a good host.

The couches on the terrace are not comfortable enough, making it difficult to relax outside.

During my Easter holidays, I stayed in a hostel that had the best location I could have asked for. I was just a few steps away from the beach, which was ideal for taking morning walks or just enjoying the sun. , the neighborhood was very quiet and had a small market and several great bars and restaurants nearby. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, and the welcoming staff made me feel at home.

While I enjoyed almost everything about this hostel, I did have a minor issue with the shared bathroom situation. Unfortunately, there were no private options available, but it didn't create too much of a problem.
